Location: Schwob School of Music (900 Broadway)
Things to bring: instrument, bow, playing accessories
9:30am-9:45am – String Orchestra arrives; music distribution and warm-up
10:00am-12:00pm – String Orchestra rehearsal in Room 1715
11:30am-11:45am – Youth Orchestra arrives; meet and gather in Room 1716
12:00pm-1:00pm – LUNCH for String Orchestra and Youth Orchestra + GAMES
- Parent Meeting will be held during this time in Room 1719
1:00pm-1:15pm – String Orchestra dismissed; Youth Orchestra moves to rehearsal room (Room 1716)
1:15pm-1:30pm – Youth Orchestra introductions, music distribution, and instructions
1:30pm-4:30pm – Youth Orchestra full rehearsal in Room 1716
