Youth Orchestra of Greater Columbus Auditions registration form. All demographic questions are for funding reporting purposes only as required by our funders. Demographic data is only reported in an aggregated and anonymized format. YOGC does not make any decisions based on race, religion, gender, orientation, or any other protected demographic. String Orchestra is typically for orchestral string players with 1-4 years of playing experience. Youth Orchestra is for string, woodwind, brass, and percussion players with at least 2 years of playing experience. String auditions are placement purposes only. I understand that YOGC is taking all reasonable precautions against the spread of COVID-19 and will not hold YOGC liable for any positive COVID-19 tests. I understand that all participants must follow all published COVID-19 safety guidelines, including but not limited to social distancing, proper mask wearing, temperature checks, symptoms questionnaire, and frequent handwashing/sanitation. YOGC reserves the right to change the requirements in accordance with CDC guidelines at any time with written notice to participants and guardians. I understand that any participant will be asked to leave any specific YOGC event or the rest of the season with no possibility of a refund after one compliance refusal or a pattern of at least three infractions during the entire duration of the season.
